Terms & Conditions

1.Eligibility
Bookings must be made directly via Accor (website, app, reservation center, or hotel). A booking confirmation number is required. A lower public price must be found within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before check-in. The lower rate must be publicly available and match all original booking details (room type, stay dates, length, guests, etc.). If approved, Accor will match the rate and apply an extra discount:

10% off for Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel

25% off for other eligible brands

2.Exclusions
Does not apply to:
Group bookings (7+ rooms), corporate, conference, or seminar rates
Special promotions with post-booking discounts
Member or partner rates, employee discounts
Opaque booking channels (e.g., Hotwire, Priceline)
Websites requiring direct hotel contact, membership, or login
Package rates (including flights, cruises, car rentals, etc.)

3.Currency & Price Difference
Accor will convert foreign currencies using its exchange rate at booking time. The price difference must be at least 5% or 5 EUR (whichever is higher). Currency exchange fluctuations are not considered.

4.Submitting a Claim
Complete the request form with accurate details. Attach a screenshot of the lower rate, including date, hotel name, conditions, guests, and price. Submit within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before check-in.

5.Processing
Accor will review and respond via email within one week. Approved claims receive a confirmation of the adjusted rate; denied claims include a reason for rejection.

6.Payment & Refunds

No prepayment: Adjusted rate applies at check-out.
Prepaid 30+ days before check-in: Refund issued to the original credit card.
Prepaid <30 days before check-in: Refund processed at check-out.

7.Liability & Changes
Accor is not responsible for third-party booking cancellations. Terms may change at any time, taking effect upon publication. The program may end anytime, but submitted claims will be processed under existing terms.
