Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in: Rooms are available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM at the latest unless a Late Check-out arrangement is made.

Children Policy

Children under 16 stay for free when sharing a parents’ or grandparents’ room with existing bedding and sofa bed.
Complimentary breakfast for children when accompanied by parents.
Sofa bed size: 100 x 195 cm.

Special Terms for Children’s Meals

Bookings with half board, full board, or all-inclusive meals cover 2 adults and 2 children.

If you are staying in a hotel operated under another Accor brand or in another country that is not mentioned in the general conditions of sale below, please refer to the flexible rate applicable for each of the hotels concerned.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation charge applies up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Check in Policy:
The room is available from 15:00.

Check out Policy:
The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest except in case of Late Check Out.

Children Policy;
Accommodation stay for free if two children under age of 16 staying in a parents’ or grandparents’ room in the existing bedding and sofa bed; and enjoy a complimentary breakfast when accompanied by parents. Size of the sofa bed is 100 x 195 cm.

Credit Card Payment Charge:
Prepayment rate, the card used for the payment needs to be presented at check-in. In case of cancellable rate, the hotel will proceed to a pre-
authorization equivalent to 1 night charge to verify the card, this amount will be deducted for no-shows.
